ACLU silences Free Speech

Larry Cirignano's appearance at Worcester Court on charges of misdemeanor assault and violation of Civil Rights is this Tuesday, May 1 at 9AM.
The layout of the Let the People Vote Rally was a small, tight, semi-circle of people around the podium, as can be seen in the 5th photograph in this Indy Media Article from Dec. 17th.

There is a seam in the tight crowd of people, visible in this picture from Bay Windows, whichs runs at about 10 O'Clock from Kris Mineau at the Podium. This is the path Sarah Loy took into the crowd, the path she had to take as the crowd was thick at 12 O'Clock from Kris at the Podium.

Larry has admitted to putting his hand on ACLU board member Sarah Loy's back, which under Common Law is misdemeanor assault, and as Det. Sullivan of the WPD told me, usually punishable by a $25 fine. But the Worcester ACLU has pushed for Civil Rights violations, so there is an element of political retribution and motivation by the same sex marriage lobby in pushing for these added charges against Mr. Cirignano.

As I have stated previously,
I saw Larry escort Sarah Loy into the crowd, then drop away, then I saw Sarah go down when she was out of Larry's reach.
Pictorial evidence at left from photographer Marilyn Humphries, published in Bay Windows 12/21/06 shows that Sarah fell or dove to her right.

Lobby to Defend Traditional Marriage

Tuesday April 24th from 10:30AM-3PM is Lobby Day at the Boston State House. Don't be blinded by same-sex marriage rhetoric, call our State Representatives to task to protect marriage as the union of one man and one woman, as it has been Historically, and as it has been Culturally for Millenia.

Marriage has always been for the domestication of men, the protection of women, and the raising of children. Individuals who are attracted to members of their own sex have individual rights, which should always be protected. What they do not have is the right to redefine marriage to their own image.

and you thought it was just the Liberals

In a Troubling story out of Naples, FL, home to Ave Maria University, the recent firing, rehiring, and demotion of Fr. Joseph Fessio, SJ by Tom Monaghan raises questions about the direction of Ave Maria University, and the Catholic Church in America.

Monaghan, often depicted as an Orthodox and Traditional Catholic, mainly because he is not a liberal, is actually stongly influenced by the Charismatic movement. John Grasmeier, in The Story behind the Story of the Fr. Fessio Firing from Ave Maria breaks down the story in stark details that show a battle between Charismatics and Traditionalists, with the Charismatics banning from Ave Maria not only the Tridentine Mass, but any Latin, solemn chant, or priest facing the Altar instead of people, in the Novus Ordo Mass.
Pray for them all, that they may do God's will and not their own.

Abomination of Desolation

In 200 BC, the Selucid King of Syria Antiochus III defeated Ptolemy V of Egypt. His son, Antiochus IV, insisted his subjects worship him as Zeus, taking the name Epiphanes (manifestation of god). His subjects, which included the Jews, secretly referred to him as Epimanes (madman).

At this time Jewish High Priest Onias II was ousted by his conniving brother Jason, who started the Hellenization of the Jewish Temple. Antiochus replaced Jason with Menelaus, who super-Hellenized the Temple to the point of defilement; a Greek alter replaced the Alter of Sacrifice, a nude statue of Antiochus IV was brought in for worship as Zeus, and pigs were made the official sacrificial animal.

Mathathias, of the Hashmon family, stabbed to death one of the Hellenist priest as he ascended to the altar. Rebellion broke out. Mathathias’ died but his son Judas soon took over. Judas’ hammer-like attacks on the Selucid occupiers were so successful they earned him the Greek moniker "makkabios". The two Deutero-Canonical books on Judas Maccabee recount the horrible tortures Antiochus IV brought upon the Jews – and inspired the early Christians who were persecuted in a similar manner by the Romans to actually canonize the Maccabees as saints.

After Antiochus’ death, the Maccabees were not so magnanimous in rule as they were in war. The Hashmonian family of Judas, a Levite, grabbed both the High Priesthood (which rightfully belonged to the Levite descendants of Aaron’s son Eleazar), and the Kingship (which rightfully belonged to the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, King David). To legitimize the Hashmon claim to the High Priesthood, the Maccabees took to calling themselves the sons of King David’s High Priest, Zadok. These so-called Sons of Zadok, Zadokim in Hebrew, Saddoukaion in Greek, are known to us as Sadducees. Less than 160 years later at the time of Jesus Christ, the former zealous Maccabees had become the deniers of the resurrection, of angels and of spirits, the Sadducees.

The Sadducees, well versed in the art of naming themselves to create a legitimacy they lacked, also took to renaming the faithful Chasidim Jews who were refuting the Hellenization of Judaeism as "the separatists", P’rushim in Hebrew, p’rishayya in Aramaic, pharisaion in Greek, Pharisee in English.

A word against Daniel

April 13, 2007
cfpnews@catholicfreepress.org

Our God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, God the Trinity, is One; but He is not complete if we do not include both the Word and the Spirit with the Father. Likewise, one would not have a complete Vatican Council II without both the Spirit and the Word of that Council.

Lumen Gentium, the Dogmatic Constitution on the Church, makes a clear distinction between the universal priesthood of all Catholics, and the hierarchal or ministerial priesthood exercised by male priests, which "differ from one another in essence and not only in degree." We in the universal priesthood offer spiritual sacrifice, as well as our self-sacrifice in our pursuit of holiness, while "[t]he ministerial priest, by the sacred power he enjoys, teaches and rules the priestly people; acting in the person of Christ, he makes present the eucharistic sacrifice, and offers it to God in the name of all the people." Notice that Lumen Gentium refers to the ministerial priest by the male pronoun ‘he’; twice.

So-called reform groups, such as Voice of the Faithful, that claim the Spirit of Vatican II, yet ignore the words of Vatican II, do a disservice to Catholics and our Church. I believe that as Catholics actually begin to read the Word of Vatican II, the steady sound of footfalls will be back into the Church, where both laity and ministry will pursue the single standard of holiness, dedication to God, and vangelization.

A Day to Remember

By Jewish reckoning, one day is a complete night followed by a compete day, for example the Sabbath begins on Friday at dusk and ends on Saturday at dusk.
This means that the Last Supper Thursday night was the same day as the Crucifixion, the 15th of the month of Nisan, the month of Redemption because it was the month when G_d used Moses and Aaron to redeem the Israelites out of Egypt.

At Passover, Jews not just remember but "reactualize" the Exodus. This "reactualization" of the Exodus out of Egypt is known in Hebrew as the Zikkaron. The Babylonian Talmud says "In every generation a person must consider himself as if he personally had gone out of Egypt" (Pesachim 116b). Jews in Worcester in 2007 AD are actually back with Moses about 1400 BC.

The Greek translation of Zikkaron is Anamnesis. The English translation of memorial, commemoration or remembrance does not quite convey the full meaning of Zikkaron, leaving out the reactualization part. St. Paul actually quoted Jesus as saying at the last Supper, "do this as my anamnesis", which is why Catholics should understand the Mass as the reactualization of the Last Supper – and the Crucifixion.

Ha, den bisri

Some like to argue exactly what Jesus said for the words of consecration during the first Mass, the Last Supper. These disputers like to point out the differences between Matthew and Mark’s Gospels (This is My Body), and Luke’s Gospel and St. Paul’s Epistles (This is My Body, which is given up for you) .

This was a Passover meal, and what Jesus actually said was Ha, den bisri, which is Aramaic, literally “Behold, My Body.” Jewish readers of Matthew and Mark would recognize that the word bisri, derived from the Hebrew word basar, for body or flesh, would have had sacrificial connotations from the word itself, which was used to describe the animal sacrifices then taking place at the Temple in Jerusalem. Jewish readers would also have had the context of a Passover sacrifice, where the participants would have eaten the sacrificial lamb.

Greek/Gentile readers would not have completely understood the context or the root words, therefore Luke, a Gentile from Antioch, and St. Paul, the Apostle to the Gentiles, added to Matthew and Marks simple Greek translation, “which is given up for you” to help convey the sacrificial nature of what Jesus was saying.

Adult Stem Cells cure...

...while embryonic stems cells have not even reached the stage of clinical test - anywhere, for any cure.

This article in The Guardian, titled “British team grows human heart valve from stem cells” outlines an incredible cure - growing part of a human heart - that adult stem cells produced. Of course, you have to read past the Headline to discover that the curing stem cells are not Embryonic, because the long-shot hope of Embryonic Stem Cell research is being hyped into Corporate Welfare. Venture Capitalists have not put money into Embryonic Stem Cell research, not because they are ethically opposed to the creation of life for manipulation, exploitation and destruction, but because they see no payoff. So a clique of millionaire Biotech types have put together a marketing machine to convince people that the government should fund this immoral research - because the business world has rejected Embryonic Stem Cell research as unpromising. This is Corporate Welfare at its greediest, and political pandering at its worst.

Adult stem cells have been saving lives for 30 years (bone marrow transplants are adult stem cells!). Embryonic Stem Cell Researchers create human life only to destroy it, without profit, and while getting the taxpayer to fund it. Humans deserve better than this, humans deserve Human Rights.
