In virology, a spike protein or peplomer protein is a protein that forms a large structure known as a spike or peplomer projecting from the surface of an enveloped virus. You've seen spike proteins in Covid-19 virus diagrams, they stick up out of the Covid-SARS virus surface. Spike proteins have protein sequences that can be mapped.

In November, 2019 a material agreement was signed between Moderna, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, UNCCH and the National Institute of Alergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID requesting that Moderna develop an mRNA 'vaccine' to create an immune response through the triggered production of spike proteins. The Protein sequence was uploaded to servers at Moderna from NIAID servers. The Spike protein was developed at UNCCH by Dr. Ralph Baric, PhD with funding from Dr. Anthony Fauci's NIAID.

It is the spike protein, which is foreign to the human body, that causes an anaphylactic, allergic reaction in humans. Sometimes this anaphylaxis is life-threatening.

This means, it is not the virus that is killing people, it is the spike protein.

They setup another company as the Prime Contractor, (called Anser), which holds the liability / immunity from EUA, Emergency Use Authorization.
The Prime contractor (Anser) gets the money, Moderna, J&J, Pfizer, Gilead are Sub-Contractors working on 'vaccines'.
When truth comes out, Prime contractor (Answer) will take fall and be bankrupted by the subs. Other companies involved are Sapient Corp., Palantir data analytics software called Gotham Data Tracking Gotham Data Science and Fors Marsh Group scripting. Publicis Sapient IT data contract HHS.
