Fr. Michel Rodrigue, abbot of the new religious order, The Apostolic Fraternity of
St. Joseph Benedict Labre, in his lecture on "The
Warning, the Tribulation, and the Church Entering the Tomb, PART 5" begins with this quote from St. Paul to St. Timothy as backdrop to his explanation that the Church of Jesus, the Catholic Church, must now enter its passion as Jesus did.
As Jesus underwent his passion while on earth, so His Church, His body, must also undergo its passion.
As this passion has begun, we have seen the same in our time with the three denials like with Peter;
The 1st denial was of the truth of marriage - Fr. says Amoris Latetia was not that but that its footnote was...
The 2nd denial will be of priesthood, where less formed, less knowledgeable candidates will not take care of the Eucharistic. This is because Satan knows that if you want to touch in the mystery of the body of Christ you must first touch the priesthood. As Jesus said, "do this in Remembrance of me."
The 3rd denial is of celibacy and the male only ordained priesthood - think Amazon Synod.
Fr. Michel says that we see that the Pope has painted himself into a corner by granting so much power to local episcopal conferences that have already decided as in Germany to change to open communion, and allow divorce and re-marriage without annulment.
Fr. says the culmination of these denials, the Church's scourging, will be the abomination of desolation entering the temple. Universal Fraternity of Religion will put Jesus to the side, He will become just another master among masters, He will no longer be seen as the only intercessor to God. This is a Call. Repent, return to Mary's son, Jesus through confession of sins, rosary and sense of piety towards the Eucharist.
Fr. quotes the 3rd secret of Akita* to make the point that "[t]he Church and its altars will be vandalized" which will be most prevalent in the sacrilege of the Holy Eucharist.
What ca we as faithful Catholics do?
When you repent, focus more on what God has done for you, not what you have not done. We need to be joyful to convey God's message. Thank God for everything! With Joy! In the present! Without complaining, grumbling, muttering or murmmering!
Renew your consecration to the sacred heart of Jesus and the Immaculate heart of the Virgin Mary His mother.
At the same time, be discrete, when a General goes to war he does not expose his plans to cameras and reporters or television.
