Something doesn't add up

Something doesn't add up.

Hat Tip to Amazing Polly for reporting this, see Real World or Simulation.

The China virus is deadly, worldwide and serious as a heart attack. However that does not preclude certain people for various, self-serving yet unclear reasons from fear-mongering to make things appear worse than they actually are. For Example, the March 25 video by the New York Times with Dr. Colleen Smith of Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, 72 hours Inside a N.Y.C. Hospital Battling Coronavirus.

"We don't have the tools that we need," is her oft-repeated cry.

Dr. Smith bewails the lack of ventilators, saying at 8m21s there was an Emergency resupply of just 5 ventilators,

for an obvioulsly overwhelmed hospital, where at 10m02s Dr. Smith videos the outside of Elmhurst where it is all crowds and chaos of people waiting for admission or to be tested.

This is what does not add up. Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York, in late March, was also pleading with the Federal Government to send Ventilators and other equipment. But follow this timeline in the video

Mar 24 Coumo "We need ventilators NOW!
Mar 25 Dr. Smith video, not enough equipment, minimal emergency delivery of ventilators
Mar 26 Coumo, help us find ventilators
Mar 27 Trump tweets Feds delivered, found in storage, distribute NOW!

Mar 28 Coumo says "the hospitals have enough ventilators today." at 21m30s into the video, a reporter asks Gov. Cuomo specifically about Trump's tweet that NY has ventilators from the Feds, and parse Coumo's response,
Reporter: Were there ventilators found in a storage facility or something and they need to be distributed as the President said?
Coumor: That is incorrect and, and grossly uninformed, the the point is we have ventilators in a stock pile, and we didn't send them to the hospitals yet, of course we didn't, that's the whole point, the hospitals don't need them yet. The hospitals aren't at their apex, the hospitals have enough ventilators today."

So which is it, is Dr. Smith correct? Was Cuomo correct on March 24 and 26, the ventilators miraculously showed up after Trump's tweet so Coumo could correctly answer that on March 28 "the hospitals have enough ventilators - TODAY"?

The big picture might get clearer when you see what others have discovered about Dr. Smith - that she apparently is not known by Elmhurst Hospital,

She does not work there, and her expertise is in medical simulation, according to her Linked-In Bio. How appropriate.

At 10m24s into the video, the view outside of Elmhurst a day or two later and nobody is seen, no patients, just some parked ambulances.

Dr. Smith also alleges at 17m00s that the protocol at Elmhurst is to do a CT scan of everyone entering the hospital, even car crash victims, and if there is any indication of Covid, then DNR and DNI are open for discussion.

Considering the problems with this News Story, Amazing Polly investigated who were the Top story boosters on Twitter after NYT itself.
at 5m48s #1 source of NYT story retweets on Twitter. Democratic operative who worked for Amy Klobuchar
#2 Meredith Kelly, partner of Sena Kozar Strategies, Political messaging consultants, advisor to Sen. Chuck Shumer. Specializes in real fake news as opposed to fake fake, serving Democrats.

There's also mention of all the pictures of mobile morgues in the 18-wheel trailers, which suspiciously have no refridgeration units.

Finally, Channel 4 in NYC had to pull a video purporting to show NYC hospital working frantically helping a sick Covid patient, only to have the blog-o-sphere point out that the picture was clearly of a mannequin.

Notice the sign says no food or drink near mannequin
Close-up if you still doubt

Channel 4 pulled the video

Maybe Michael Matt at Remnant TV explains it the best, this is all about getting Trump. Covid 19's perfect storm

Watch Out of Shadows for the biggest lie
