Ciriganano Not Guilty
The blog Pie and Coffee is reporting that Larry Cirignano was found not guity of assault and battery against the ACLU board member who stood in front of the Vote on Marriage crowd holding a sign. Larry escorted the woman back into the crowd, where she tripped over someone's foot, then claimed that she was pushed to the ground.

Apparently Rev. Payson's testimony for the Prosecution was completely discounted when the Prosecution video of the end of the incident, with Sarah Loy on the ground, showed the Rev. Payson in the back of the crowd, in a position that would have made it difficult or impossible for him to have seen Sarah Loy or Larry Cirignano in the front of the crowd.
Perhaps now faithful Catholics (and especially JayG) should file a lawsuit against John Hosty for libel. Recall how he slandered us for defending Cirignano.
Like many homosexual activists, John Hosty lives in a world devoid of any reality. He owes Jay an apology. And all others who have posted here.

Cirignano Admits He Did It
The most reveiling details yet in the assault at the Worcester Anti-Gay rally have just been released in EdgeBoston.com, including Mr. Cirignano's admission to Worcester police that he had in fact pushed Mrs. Loy to the ground.
"Officers did not witness the incident, Worcester police spokesperson Sgt. Kerry Hazelhurst told EDGE Dec. 19. If they had, they would have placed Cirignano under arrest on a misdemeanor charge, he said. "He’s already admitted that he touched her," Hazelhurst reported. Under Massachusetts law, a person can be charged with assault and battery by merely touching another person if the touch is unwanted, Hazelhurst explained. "He pushed her down and he admits that as well."

As anyone who wants to can read for themselves I was only reporting the facts as they had been presented. There has been no libel, only perhaps disrespect at the most.
Good thing for those who post here that disrespect is not grounds for a lawsuit.
For the record, I still believe that Cirignano pushed Loy.
There you have it folks. Even though a Court of law has found Mr. Cirignano not guilty, Mr. Hosty continues to set himself up as judge and jury in the case. Mr. Cirignano should file suit against John Hosty for defamation of character in the form of libel.
That's right, in your "Amerika" I'm not allowed to have opinions, or rights, or dignity.

We shouldn't be surprised by Mr. Hosty's attitude. Having rejected the Natural Law, he is all the more likely to reject civil law and the verdict of a Court of Law.

For the record, Nangle's testimony was not corroborated by any other evidence, Rev. Payson's testimony was contradicted by the Video Evidence, and no Worcester Police officers testified that Mr. Cirignano admitted to pushing Ms. Loy down.
John Hosty is a compulsive liar and will slander anyone to pursue his agenda
He should be sued for STARTING the disturbance! The video shows police clearly telling Hosty to get back.

Now that John Hosty has been exposed for being the liar [and slanderer] that he is, I submit that he should be permanently banned from posting at this Blog. It's the DECENT thing to do. I don't mind someone disagreeing with me when they can provide an intelligent argument [something Mr. Hosty has been unable to do], but anyone who can PUBLICALLY SLANDER another - especially in an attempt to get an INNOCENT MAN to be found guilty in a Court of Law - should be banned from participating in this forum.
Mr. Hosty's actions are [objectively seaking] gravely sinful. And actionable as well. I hope Mr. Cirignano files suit against him.
