Maybe it's just me, but I think I have noticed a few situation where Pope Francis was asked something specific about Amoris Letitia regarding leniency towards sinners and all, he has responded, literally I believe with "I cannot say." Some might think this a variation on "who am I to judge" (which was an answer to a specific rhetorical question about someone genuinely seeking God), but I think The reason is, and I note this with a smile, is He cannot say because the Holy Spirit will not let him.

There is much work to do on Beacon Hill to advance our values, and to stop bad legislation, such as the Health Curriculum frameworks and taxpayer funding of abortion, including sanctuary cities and the Bathroom and Locker Room law. A few weeks ago Channel 5 News reported a woman was videoed in a bathroom stall at a TJMaxx in Plainville, but a store employee declined to call police when she asked for help.
